I bought a new piece of prototyping hardware that goes with the Arduino. It’s called an Ethernet Shield:
What is it? It’s a piece of hardware that has everything needed to connect your Arduino project to a wired network (and therefore possibly to the internet if you want).
Why did I buy it? I have a particular electronics/house project that I’m working on and will be working on for the next few months that needs to connect to the internet, and this will speed up creating my prototype.
Yes I’m still working on my house, but because we’ve met the deadline and I’m kind of burnt out on the house, I can squeeze in a few minutes here and there to work on my new electronics project.
